We're having an early celebration of National Constitution Day with a session about America's governing document.

Jeffrey Rosen, president and CEO of the National Constitution Center, walks us through the limits the Constitution places on the national government, the power it grants, and the Constitution’s supremacy over state laws.

We'll also learn about the central role that the system of separation of powers, checks and balances, and federalism play in limiting the power of the federal government.
