Scholar Exchange: The Presidency and the Executive Branch

Part lecture and part lively conversation, Scholar Exchange presents the opportunity to learn about constitutional issues, while interacting with a constitutional expert, historian, or federal judge. 

In this Friday session,  experts examine  Article II of the Constitution, which addresses the presidency and the executive branch. Learn how the role of the president is written into the Constitution, major Supreme Court battles over presidential power, and how the president’s powers have expanded over time.
